Conceptual illustration of connected intake, approval and task-routing systems

Business automation for Dubai & the UAE

Business automation. Less chasing, more doing.

Connect your enquiries, CRM and follow-ups into one working process. Start with the manual task that is slowing your team down.

10+ years of digital delivery experience

Built around your business

For established service businesses with enquiries coming in, but too much manual work behind the scenes.

The business case

Make the next improvement count.

Give every enquiry an owner

Capture requests from agreed channels and route them to the right person with context.

Make follow-up consistent

Build reminders, status updates and exception handling into the process.

See where work gets stuck

Track handovers and pipeline activity without assembling another spreadsheet.

Your business case

What could one better workflow give back?

How it works

Example workflow
With the agreed workflow

An agreed channel creates a structured request with its original context.

Compare with today

Someone copies a request from an inbox into a spreadsheet.

Assumptions, formulas and limits

Follow an enquiry from arrival to follow-up, then model the manual work your team could remove. The starting figures are example assumptions, not benchmarks or a quote.

Released time is capacity value, not a payroll saving. It becomes financial value only if you redeploy that time productively or remove a real cost. Validate handling time, coverage and quality in a pilot.

Hours released = monthly items x (current minutes - modelled minutes) x workflow coverage / 60. Capacity value = hours released x loaded hourly cost.

Year-one net value = monthly capacity value x (12 - delay months) - setup - 12 x monthly running costs. ROI = net value / total modelled costs x 100. Total costs are setup plus 12 months of running costs.

Payback = delay + (setup + running costs during the delay) / monthly value after running costs. It is not reached if that monthly value is zero or negative. Benefits are held constant after the delay; there is no gradual ramp-up. Tax, VAT, financing, inflation and unentered costs are excluded. This is a planning estimate, not a quote or financial forecast.

Figures stay in this browser tab. They are not sent to Digitbite with an enquiry.

Why invest in this?

Buy back working time

Reduce repeat entry and handover admin so people can handle higher-value work.

Validate: Hands-on minutes per request

Make ownership visible

Every captured request has a responsible person and a next action.

Validate: Unassigned and overdue requests

Fund a proven process

Measure one workflow before extending it across the business.

Validate: Time saved without extra errors

What we work on

One workflow. Connected from start to finish.

We review your current tools before suggesting new ones. The first project focuses on a defined process, a clear owner and a measurable baseline.

Workflow review

Map the current process, manual handovers and the improvement you want to measure.

CRM & tool connections

Connect agreed forms, CRM records and systems where APIs and permissions allow.

Automation with controls

Configure routing, reminders, approval steps and alerts when something needs attention.

Testing & handover

Test real scenarios with your team and document how to run and maintain the workflow.

Enquiry received
CRM updated
Owner assigned
Follow-up tracked

Example enquiry workflow. Your pilot is mapped to your actual tools and approval rules.

A sensible fit

Start with the right problem.

  • Your team repeatedly copies data between tools.
  • Enquiries arrive, but follow-up depends on memory.
  • You can assign a process owner and provide access to the relevant systems.

Clear scope. Clear expectations.

This is an implementation service, not a promise of new leads or unattended AI decisions. Third-party licences, WhatsApp provider fees and ongoing support are scoped separately. Human approval stays in place where needed.

Talk through the fit

A practical way forward

A defined first step.
Then a decision, together.

Find the bottleneck

Walk us through one process and the tools your team uses today.

Agree the pilot

Receive a defined scope, dependencies, acceptance criteria and project quote.

Build, test, improve

Launch with your team, review the results and decide what is worth expanding.

Meet Digitbite

Before we talk

A few useful answers.

Can you use our existing CRM?

We assess your CRM, permissions and available APIs first. If an integration is not supported, we explain the limitation before you commit to the build.

Can you automate WhatsApp enquiries?

We can scope workflows around an authorised WhatsApp Business Platform integration. Business verification, provider access, messaging permissions and any template requirements need to be checked for your account.

Does every automation need AI?

No. Rules and integrations are often the right starting point. We use AI only where it has a useful role, with review and escalation steps appropriate to the workflow.

How much does a pilot cost?

The quote depends on the systems involved, access, workflow complexity and testing requirements. We agree the scope and commercial terms before implementation; software subscriptions and support are identified separately.

Do you work with businesses in Dubai?

Yes. Digitbite serves businesses in Dubai and across the UAE from its Ajman base. We agree the working arrangement and any on-site requirements during scoping.

Let's discuss your project

Which workflow should work better?
