Custom industry software for Dubai & the UAE

Software around your workflow. Not the other way round.

Turn a recurring operational problem into a focused software project. Validate the workflow, pilot the essential features, then decide what to build next.

10+ years of digital delivery experience

Built around your business

For operators with an industry-specific workflow that spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools do not handle well.

The business case

Make the next improvement count.

Test the useful part first

Focus a pilot on a real user task before funding a broader platform.

Fit your operation

Map roles, permissions, data and handovers to how your team actually works.

Make the next decision clearer

Use agreed pilot feedback and acceptance criteria to decide whether to expand.

Your business case

Put a value on the workflow before the build.

How it works

With the agreed workflow

Discovery maps users, data, permissions and the task to improve.

Compare with today

Teams use different spreadsheets and interpretations of the process.

Assumptions, formulas and limits

Model one recurring task, not an entire transformation. A focused pilot should test whether the time saving survives real use. The starting figures are example assumptions, not benchmarks or a quote.

Released time is capacity value, not a payroll saving. It becomes financial value only if you redeploy that time productively or remove a real cost. Validate handling time, coverage and quality in a pilot. Include discovery and the full proposed implementation in setup cost; a prototype alone does not create these savings.

Hours released = monthly items x (current minutes - modelled minutes) x workflow coverage / 60. Capacity value = hours released x loaded hourly cost.

Year-one net value = monthly capacity value x (12 - delay months) - setup - 12 x monthly running costs. ROI = net value / total modelled costs x 100. Total costs are setup plus 12 months of running costs.

Payback = delay + (setup + running costs during the delay) / monthly value after running costs. It is not reached if that monthly value is zero or negative. Benefits are held constant after the delay; there is no gradual ramp-up. Tax, VAT, financing, inflation and unentered costs are excluded. This is a planning estimate, not a quote or financial forecast.

Figures stay in this browser tab. They are not sent to Digitbite with an enquiry.

Why invest in this?

Reduce coordination overhead

Give people one agreed workflow instead of repeated reconciliation across tools.

Validate: Handling and rework time per task

Build only what earns its place

Test the essential workflow with real users before broadening the platform.

Validate: Pilot adoption and task completion

Know the ownership cost

Budget for discovery, implementation, hosting, maintenance and change.

Validate: Total cost against validated capacity value

What we work on

From operational problem to a buildable brief.

This is a custom discovery and development service, not an off-the-shelf subscription product. Each stage has a separate scope and decision point.

Paid discovery

Document users, workflows, requirements, data constraints and technical dependencies.

Prototype & validation

Review the proposed user journey with the people who will actually use it.

Focused software pilot

Build the agreed core workflow with the integrations and controls it needs.

Build & support roadmap

Define the next release, ownership, hosting and ongoing maintenance requirements.

Operational problem
Discovery
Focused pilot
Build decision

Example development path. A pilot informs the decision; it does not guarantee product-market fit.

A sensible fit

Start with the right problem.

  • You can describe a recurring task that current tools do not solve.
  • A process owner and representative users can help validate the workflow.
  • You want to test a focused solution before committing to a larger platform.

Clear scope. Clear expectations.

No ready-made industry SaaS subscription is being offered here. Discovery, implementation and support are scoped separately. Regulated or sensitive workflows need an explicit data, security and compliance review before development.

Talk through the fit

A practical way forward

A defined first step.
Then a decision, together.

Define the problem

Explain the industry, users, current process and what a better outcome looks like.

Discover & validate

Agree a paid discovery scope and review a focused workflow or prototype.

Pilot before scaling

Build the agreed essentials, gather user feedback and plan the next investment.

Before we talk

A few useful answers.

Is this an existing SaaS product I can subscribe to?

No. This is a custom software discovery, pilot and development engagement. We work with you to define what needs to be built, rather than selling a pre-existing industry platform.

Which industries can you work with?

We can assess workflows in areas such as professional services, property, retail, training and operations. Suitability depends on the process, available expertise, data sensitivity and technical requirements.

What happens after discovery?

You receive the agreed discovery outputs and a recommendation for the next step. A pilot or full build is a separate commitment, with its own scope and commercial agreement.

Can we connect our existing systems?

Yes, where supported. We review APIs, licensing, data quality and access during discovery so integration assumptions are visible before the build.

Who manages hosting, ownership and maintenance?

These are agreed in the proposal and contract. We make the responsibilities for source code, hosting accounts, licences, data and post-launch support explicit.

Let's discuss your project

What should your software make easier?

Tell us about your industry and the workflow you want to improve. We will review the idea and discuss whether discovery is the right starting point.
