White-label development for UAE agencies

10+ years of digital delivery experience
For Dubai agencies and consultants with client demand, but limited in-house development or integration capacity.
The business case
Add technical implementation to the strategy, design or marketing services you already deliver.
Agree who speaks to the client, who approves changes and how the work is presented.
Work from a documented scope, milestones and acceptance criteria, not open-ended requests.
Your business case
You share a non-confidential brief for a feasibility and capacity review.
The agency has a client opportunity but not enough technical capacity.
Example assumptions, not benchmarks or a quote.
Illustrative monthly value Not a guarantee
After delivery and management time; before extra overhead.
Setup and monthly costs are needed for ROI and payback.
See how a brief becomes a delivered project, then compare your client fee with partner delivery and your own management time. The starting figures are example assumptions, not benchmarks or a quote.
The example assumes projects are sold, delivered and paid. Contribution is before sales overhead and tax; it is not net profit. Include extra overhead below. Partner availability, pricing and dates require a scoped proposal.
Monthly contribution = projects x (client fee - partner delivery cost - management hours x internal hourly cost). Project margin = contribution / client fees. Extra overhead is deducted in the investment view.
Year-one net value = monthly contribution x (12 - delay months) - setup - 12 x monthly running costs. ROI = net value / total modelled costs x 100. Total costs also include partner delivery and internal management for the active months, counted once.
Payback = delay + (setup + running costs during the delay) / monthly value after running costs. It is not reached if that monthly value is zero or negative. Benefits are held constant after the delay; there is no gradual ramp-up. Tax, VAT, financing, inflation and unentered costs are excluded. This is a planning estimate, not a quote or financial forecast.
Figures stay in this browser tab. They are not sent to Digitbite with an enquiry.
Account for delivery, your oversight and operating overhead before accepting work.

Validate: Clear approval and handover ownershipWhat we work on
Start with one defined project. We assess feasibility and capacity before you make a delivery commitment to your client.
Technical review of your brief, dependencies, exclusions and an agreed delivery proposal.
Implementation of agreed designs, business portals, dashboards and custom applications.
Connect forms, data and workflows with supported systems and authorised access.
Review milestones, documented setup and a clear route for launch and support.
A proposed partnership workflow. Client contact and approval responsibilities are agreed per project.
A sensible fit
We agree confidentiality, client communication, intellectual property, subcontracting permissions and support responsibilities in writing. Availability and delivery dates are confirmed after reviewing the brief; this is not an unlimited development subscription.
Talk through the fitA practical way forward
Send a non-confidential overview of the project and your agency's delivery model.
Agree scope, capacity, confidentiality, communication and commercial terms.
Use defined milestones and reviews to establish a working partnership before expanding.
Your implementation partner
More than a decade of digital delivery experience, with a UAE business based in Ajman. We connect the commercial brief with the technical work needed to deliver it.
Before we talk
Only under the communication arrangement agreed with your agency. We can work through your project lead or join authorised discussions; responsibilities should be written into the engagement.
Yes. Send a high-level, non-confidential summary first. Confidentiality terms and access arrangements can be agreed before detailed client information is shared.
Ownership, handover and usage rights are defined in the project agreement. Third-party software and open-source dependencies remain subject to their own licences.
We can quote a defined project after reviewing requirements and dependencies. Ongoing capacity or support can be discussed separately; changes outside the agreed scope follow an approval process.
Potentially. We first need to assess the codebase, access, outstanding requirements and risks. We do not commit to a deadline or repair plan before that assessment.
Let's discuss your project
Tell us about your agency and the technical support you need. Keep client-sensitive details out of the initial enquiry.
A conversation about fit and scope. No commitment to a project when you enquire.
