What we build

What can this workflow connect?

Tell us how buyer, renter, landlord, and portal enquiries reach your agents. Digitbite will look for the simplest way to improve qualification, routing, and follow-up visibility.

01

Capture enquiries in one flow

Bring portal notes, WhatsApp messages, website forms, calls, and email into a clearer process.

02

Qualify buyers and renters

Collect budget, location, property type, timeline, and contact preference before handoff.

03

Give agents a useful summary

Help agents see what the customer needs before they call or message back.

More ways we can help

Route by fit

Assign enquiries by location, property type, agent ownership, or your team process.

Keep viewings and follow-up visible

Make the next step easier to track after the first reply or viewing discussion.

Send clearer customer updates

Support more consistent replies around availability, next steps, and document needs.

See the active pipeline

Create clearer views of enquiry status, agent ownership, and follow-up gaps.

Your business case

Give agents more time for qualified conversations.

How it works

With the agreed workflow

Assumptions, formulas and limits

Follow a property enquiry into an agent-owned viewing task. Model administrative capacity, not promised property sales. The starting figures are example assumptions, not benchmarks or a quote.

Released time is capacity value, not a payroll saving. It becomes financial value only if you redeploy that time productively or remove a real cost. Validate handling time, coverage and quality in a pilot. This model does not forecast commissions, viewing conversion or property sales.

Hours released = monthly items x (current minutes - modelled minutes) x workflow coverage / 60. Capacity value = hours released x loaded hourly cost.

Year-one net value = monthly capacity value x (12 - delay months) - setup - 12 x monthly running costs. ROI = net value / total modelled costs x 100. Total costs are setup plus 12 months of running costs.

Payback = delay + (setup + running costs during the delay) / monthly value after running costs. It is not reached if that monthly value is zero or negative. Benefits are held constant after the delay; there is no gradual ramp-up. Tax, VAT, financing, inflation and unentered costs are excluded. This is a planning estimate, not a quote or financial forecast.

Figures stay in this browser tab. They are not sent to Digitbite with an enquiry.
